 TRIAL LAWYERS AND VISUAL LITERACY

An illustrated lecture acknowledging the analytical, rational bias of the trial lawyer community, leading them to a place of enhanced creative confidence and visual perception. Supported by the latest developments in neuroscience, trial advocacy and aesthetic thought, this is a primer in seeing beyond the rational and identifying and framing significant images in a case that will trigger jurors’ decision making emotions.

Can be tailored from 30 to 50 minutes with over 350 images. Accredited for CLE by the Florida Bar.

         TESTIMONIALS

“Inspirational” Lisa Blue. President AAJ 2015.   “Mesmerizing.”  Bruce Stern. Past president of the Belli Society. National Board of Governors of AAJ and NJAJ. Treasurer of AAJ 2015.

"It was obvious that in all the presentations given over five days, there was not one into which more preparation and thought went than yours. Thank you for your work and giving us the instruction you did. It was extremely worthwhile.” C. J. Regan. Attorney attending the AAJ New Orleans mid-winter convention.

"It was truly an awakening of the visual sense. Perfect material for a PBS special. You must create a DVD - It would be a great loss to leave it only to a limited audience of the AAJ lecture room of this afternoon. However I am happy that I was amongst the fortunate in attendance". Michael Maggiano. Trial Lawyer. Fort Lee. NJ
